Buying and Merchandising

This buying module worked in conjunction with the supermarket chain George where a clothing range needed to be developed for either Menswear or Womenswear for AW/2015. This included a competitive shop report looking at what other retailers where offering, a range plan showing whether the item with be a core line or fashion line, and what size store they will be located in. Critical path was worked out for each garment, and their lead times, showing how long the process will take from start to completion.
